Fluidised bed boilers
Renewa provides bubbling fluidised bed boiler plants that are based on the latest technology and have a power range of 2-50 MWth. Our plants are capable of digesting fuels of wide spectrum of humidity and calorific value and they can cope with a continuously variable feedstock. Typical fuels include woodchips, bark, sawdust, milled peat, sod peat and industrial excess fuel.
Depending on the customer's needs, we either provide just the boiler itself or take responsibility for full turnkey deliveries of complete boiler plants including the boiler, the fuel supply system, the control system and buildings.
Grate boilers
Woodchips, bark and sod peat can be combusted in Renewa's grate boilers in the 2-12 MWth power range. Our project scope for grate boilers ranges from small repairs to complete deliveries of heating plants.
Oil and gas boilers
We deliver fire-tube boilers in the following power ranges:
- Hot water boilers 0.5-12 MW, 6-16 bar
- Steam boilers 0.5-12 MW, 10-50 bar
We also offer the following water-tube boilers
- Water boilers 15-50 MW, 6-16 bar
- Steam boilers 10-50 MW, 16-50 bar
Finned tube heat exchangers
Renewa's finned tube products can be used for various applications, such as heating fluids and air, cooling, heat exchange and heat recovery. Our product range includes:
