Termopoint and Putkimaa merge to form Renewa

During 2009, Termopoint Oy and Putkimaa Oy will join forces to form a new company called Renewa Oy. The merger will involve Renewa taking over all contracts and liabilities of both companies. Until then, Termopoint and Putkimaa will continue to operate under their own respective names.

Their personnel will transfer to Renewa as established employees.
