Putkimaa Oy and Termopoint Oy merged to Renewa Oy

Putkimaa Oy and Termopoint Oy were merged into their parent company Renewa Oy at the beginning of the year as planned. The merger was a part of the business structuring of the new Renewa Group, making us stronger than ever before and a more competitive player in the energy technology sector. The aim of the merger process is to make us better placed to serve our customers in all our business units.

The merged companies were wholly owned subsidiaries of Renewa Oy. Following the merger, Renewa Oy will continue Termopoint Oy’s and Putkimaa Oy’s operations and also take over responsibility for all of these companies’ obligations and undertakings. Termopoint’s and Putkimaa’s operations will continue as normal and the merger will have no effect on the position of the companies’ employees or the running of their existing offices. The contracts entered into by both companies will continue to remain in force following the merger.
