- 1945 Metallipuristamo Eino Talsi established.
- 1970 Production of finned tubes started.
- 1982 Ekopoint Oy established.
- 1983 First total delivery of a power plant using solid fuels.
- 1997 Termopoint Oy established. Eino Talsi and Ekopoint acquired by Termopoint.
- 1998 Eino Talsi and Ekopoint merged into Termopoint.
- 2008 Pohjola Capital Partners Ltd acquired a majority share in Termopoint.
- 2009 Termopoint Oy merged into Renewa Oy.
